The Lip Liner Chogan pencil is ideal for shaping, outlining or filling the lips; it has a soft, uniform, high definition texture and immediate writing, thanks to the high percentage of pigments contained, perfect for enhancing the lips. Long-lasting formulation and available in a wide selection of 10 colors, each of which blends perfectly with the corresponding lipsticks of the same color "Jumbo Lipstick". It also contains vitamin E, which acts as an antioxidant.

How to use: apply in small strokes following the natural design of the lip contour, from the inside out, fill them or apply the coordinated lipstick directly.
