PROPERTIES AND BENEFITS The essential oil of Field Mint "Arvensis" is obtained from the Mentha arvensis plant, of the Labiatae family, harvested during the flowering period and distilled in a steam current. It has a fresh, mentholated, herbaceous scent, with sweet-balsamic tones. Regenerating: it promotes concentration and helps in cases of insomnia and general fatigue; it also has disinfectant, antiseptic, digestive and anti-inflammatory properties. Antiemetic: it helps reduce the discomfort of nausea and vomiting thanks to its calming properties; useful for combating car sickness. Astringent: it is used as a tonic, to purify the skin. Useful in the treatment of acne, congested skin, eczema and dermatosis. Use in the diffuser releases a pleasant and fresh fragrance, with expectorant, disinfectant and calming effects.
